Support

As with any system effective support is a key service to ensure the smooth running of your investment, to facilitate this, Sumari offers full support providing a telephone helpline, on site visits, a modem to enable remote support if you are further away. We can also VPN into our client's network to enable ease of support and this can be done via broadband.

We offer an 8 hour response time and will endeavour to get your system back to normal in the event of any issue arising as soon as possible.
